I am a teacher at heart. I am one of “Those who feel the call to teach, who sense teaching is a profoundly meaningful past of their life and have a passion for teaching” as I describe as a passionate teacher. I am a B.Ed with a graduate degree in Arts and masters in English. Having got the opportunity to work with one of the progressive schools and some innovative organizations in India and aboard for more than 22 years has helped me look at education and develop an insight to understand the learners' perspective thereby, modifying the methodology and the pedagogy whenever needed. I also worked as a Subject Matter Expert for English with Next education India Pvt limited and has been involved in writing and reviewing the content for the textbooks, workbooks and teacher manuals. Bubbling with ideas and a craving to learn, I as a professional English teacher is here to make a mark and bring some welcome change in my own capacity.Here are some of my objectives: • Using appropriate tools (multi media) to aid effective in class delivery. Making effective use of assessment tools. • Customizing teaching to satisfy needs of students in terms of pacing and quality of material. • Mentoring students to plan and execute study plan effectively. • Consistently adapting teaching and delivery style to meet students’ needs.
