IdentityI am a Molecular Biologist, an academician, a PhD aspirant and an ex-lecturer at a University in Bangalore. I have recently finished my Diploma in Personal Training with 94% scores from the prestigious K11 School of Fitness Sciences. I also have a master's degree in microbiology.
I have a strong affection and determination towards teaching and imparting the knowledge I receive from my mentors. In this case, the knowledge transfer is meant to make someone's life better and help them achieve their goals to be more fit, healthy and fight the degenerative forces of ageing. My sincere and scientific knowledge on human anatomy, exercise science, strength training, nutrition, weight management make me a suitable candidate for this platform.
Currently, I am training my own brother who weighs 94 kilos, to bring him back to being healthy and more agile. I have also taken up to train a close friend of mine who lives in Indiana, pursuing a PhD in Immunology.
I have recently been approached by cult fit and other fitness centers such as Tonabolic, Conquest fitness etc.
