Health is the wellness of physical, mental, social and emotional aspects, whereas Fitness is capability in any one of the above aspects. Different classifications are there for runners, jaggers, workouts etc. But basically, they are Plie type (with or without raising the heels), Jump type, Leg rising, split type, narrow type etc. They can be broadly classified as Power, fitness and Olympic types.

A muscle enlarges or undergoes hypertrophy with more workouts. It comes to its original shape after the expansion or contraction is released and can be stretched out without damage. It responds to stimulus from the nerves.
