I have a decade of enriching experience in yoga. In 2020, I completed a teacher training yoga certification, a significant milestone in my journey. In 2010, I acquired a Patanjali yoga diploma a decade earlier, further honing my expertise. <br/>My primary goal has always been to disseminate awareness about the profound benefits of yoga and foster a healthier way of living. To realise this vision, I have dedicated a considerable portion of my efforts towards serving the elderly. For a year, I enthusiastically provided yoga instruction to the elderly community, driven by a strong sense of service. <br/>I employ a variety of methods to reach and impact my audience. Leveraging the digital landscape, I offer online yoga classes catering to the diverse needs of my students. These classes, conducted for one hour, accommodate a small group of five individuals. Through this intimate setting, I can provide personalised attention and guidance to each participant, ensuring a practical learning experience. <br/>My teaching approach is comprehensive and engaging, integrating theoretical and practical aspects of yoga. A seamless transition follows as we delve into a sequence of Asanas, harmonising breath and movement. The significance of Pranayama, the art of controlled breathing, is highlighted, contributing to enhanced physical and mental well-being. Guided meditation sessions provide a serene conclusion to our practice, fostering inner tranquillity and self-awareness. <br/>One of the distinctive features of my teaching approach is the integration of live sessions. I aspire to facilitate positive lifestyle changes and empower individuals, particularly the elderly, to embark on a path of holistic well-being.
