From my initial phone call, to the start of my participation in their Oracle Program, professionalism is the first word that comes to mind. The instructors are all well versed in the various programs. Each bringing a unique perspective to the software. For an instructor to open up Excel for me, where it all makes sense, well there was a huge sigh of relief from this gal. The staff here really care about the students, and making sure the understanding is there. FYI-you can retake any class within 6 months. Pretty good in my estimation. You also take home a substantial binder as well as a disc containing all of the exercises covered in that day's lessons. I've just begun, and feel like I've come so far already. Taking a course at Nizvas is a worthy investment in your future. "
