Teaching Experience in detail in Self Defence classes
Have been into Martial arts since 1992 and started sharing knowledge from 2000. The process of knowledge sharing encouraged me to learn more. Today I hold multiple belts in different Martial art styles. I'm also happy to say that my journey of learning didn't stop, I continue to learn and share. Martial arts is more than a passion for me, deep dived into other intricacies of the art, Martial arts for me doesn't mean moving hands and feet in a coordinated way. As the famous saying by Sun Tzu "To see the sun and the Moon is no sign of a good sight". Hence to see Martial arts as just the way to move doesn't lead anywhere. The art of fighting is not as simple as it looks, and it can never be limited to a few moves which are designed under the influence of several factors.

Both believe in striking hard and fast. But teakwondo relies more on legs and karate on hands. They originated from different countries. If you are looking for some flashy kicks go for teakwondo and if you are looking for overall development go for karate. Nothing is superior over other. It all depends on how you perfect the technique
