"I have been struggling with weight all my life, i have reduced and gained weight of times. My focus was always eating a bad diet , hence i lost weight, but i lost muscle as well . I went through a lot of injuries, on my spine, one on L4 and one on S1. I have always had an issue with alcohol. Working with Nadeem has given me a lot pf perspective on a lot of things. He is a trainer, friend and philosopher all rolled into one . He did a deep dive into understanding my body and habits. He built a training and diet plan around that. Now i am losing weight slowly , but i am packing a lot of muscle. He is diligent, always on time and has a never say die attitude. One counselling session with him is treasure of information. Strongly recommended. "
