My father himself is a certified yoga teacher and my Guru. I first listen to the student and then design the course which is suitable for their life style and I take personal care. I have done lot of yoga experiments to heal depression, sleeplessness, weight loss and to maintain a fit mind & body. Food is very essential for anyone who wants to get full benefits of yoga.
