I have been teaching spoken Telugu to those who are from non-Telugu background (Some of my students were from Chennai, Pune, Mumbai etc.). I follow a systematic teaching methodology to make you confident at speaking Telugu. 1. Detailed explanation of Telugu language basics (in comparison with other languages like Hindi, English etc.) 2. "It is my first experience with online coaching. And to all who are skeptical it works just fine. Laxminarayana may use WizIQ or Skype - either works great. He shares his screen online with you and the video is pretty clear.He may use a paint workbook which acts as a whiteboard. I was approached by multiple tutors but I chose Laxminarayana, because of the good few years of experience in teaching he has. Another reason I chose him was he seemed passionate about teaching while others offered commercial hour based/ no. of classes based packages - he proposed a result based approach.He mentioned the classes will go on till I get the level of proficiency I desire. Now about his teaching style - His pace is ideal, and he can explain well. He clarifies doubts then and there.He revises the previous classes and gives simple assignments at the end of the class. As per scientifically proven methods, a good listener can become good speaker. Follow these points consistently.
(1) Listen to good English from BBC podcasts, news etc. You an download BBC related app also. Use British council apps for English conversations, audios.
(2) For every new word you come across, use internet to find its pronunciation and repeat on your own.
(3) Listen to English news but it shouldn't distract your objective of learning. Based on the latest news from radio, you will understand context and you can pickup both vocabulary & speaking skills fast.
(4) Use apps like Cambly to practice speaking with native speakers and experts. Practice makes you fluent in English.
