Since you are a SAP MM end user - better to go to SAP MM course.

I have real time shop floor working experience in factories as Machine Maintenance Engineer and same Manufacturing Execution system (MES support) experienced too. So please suggest which SAP module will be good to learn for me for future perspective ?

You can go for SAP-MM/SD/WM/PP. These are well understanding modules. It is easy module.
