I have been working in FIITJEE WORLD SCHOOL since 2015.
My primary duty is to schedule the time table, substitute the periods and monitor smooth functioning of classes.
I am assisting Principal mam with routine counselling, attendance cross check and parents' calls.
I support and get the work done from EXAM branch for all FORMATIVE ans SUMMATIVE assessment tests.
I schedule and plan trainings, seminars and conduct workshops for faculty and students on new techs, new strategies and activities.
I am a front runner in the preparation of co-curricular activities.
I see the preparations during all National festivals, local programs and school programs like induction, farewell, teachers' day etc.
I am an academic coordinator, where I prefer to improve the quality of teaching.
I see that tools and certain aids(supporting materials) are used by FACULTY.
