Q. Where do we get jobs after completion of this Course?
IT MNCs have projects like: Invoice Processing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Trade Settlements, Financial Reporting, Fund Operations, Custody Operations, NAV Accounting, Corporate Actions etc. Each company may be handling many such projects. Companies may announce openings for a particular project or the candidate will be deployed in a particular project depending on the interest and capabilities of the candidates.
Q: Whether this program trains me to handle any process related to Accounting & Finance Operations?
This program will provide a strong foundation in Finance & Accounting and hence our trainees will be very confident to handle any process. Let us say, today, our trainee has attended the selection process in Amazon. Unfortunately, he/she is rejected. They would surely be disappointed. But, tomorrow, they would attend the "Investment Banking Operations" process in Broadridge Company. Let's say the company takes some time to announce the results. In between, he/she would attend the Mortgage Process in Berkadia Company. Or else he/she will attend the drive-in Factset company for the financial reporting process. Simply put, despite the fact that there are multiple processes, our foundation course would prepare our trainees to handle the selection process in any company.
Q. Can you guarantee placement?
Our answer is - NO. From day 1 of our journey, we never promised/guaranteed any job to our trainees. But, we will support our trainees to the maximum extent possible by providing the details of walk-ins, by enabling references from the Alumni members, by allowing them to attend revision classes again (at free of cost) etc. We are extremely confident and proud to say that 4071 candidates were trained and placed by us. They are just like you. Together, we worked hard.
Q. What is the Average Salary for our trainees?
Except for Berkadia, other companies offer CTC of 1.8 to 2.75 Lakhs per annum. Whereas Berkadia is offering around 4 Lakhs CTC from the month of January 2020. Earlier, they were offering 2.75 Lakhs of CTC.
