Make sure you read and listen to things a lot. A good speaker is a good listener first. Most of the times we think in our mother tongue if English is our second language, and while speaking, we translate the Hindi thought and speak it out, which is a cumbersome approach to speaking.
There are two approaches you should take, first of all, find out what areas of a sentence you find most troublesome. Most of the times we mess up the tense, sometimes we mess up prepositions to use. You'd have to get the basic concepts of grammatical tools right and then apply them to your sentences.
Sounds simple enough but it isn't. Takes some good practice, but the reward is pleasing.
