Namaskar!! Hope this inspires you to start-do YOGA once - a life-changing experience.

I am a science topper/IT professional/IIBF certified and Oracle certified specialist and all set in my profession. But, I have always been enthusiastic about fitness, understanding how our body works, the structure of our organs, and how to keep this machine up. I realized if I could spend 1/4th of the amount of time I spent on Microsoft, Oracle & other tools, jobs change, as OUR BODY is the only permanent life partner/residence.

Practicing Yoga, meditation, and certain yogic techniques, since 2010, with Art of Living Foundation. The thirst for more knowledge/styles made me explore many courses/workshops/webinars with different teachers/institutes on various programs - Ayurveda cooking, detox organs, menstrual & menopause cycle, breast health, women’s health, Ayurveda Prakriti & its impact on our personality.
I did courses on Vedic Samskaras, Vigyan bhairav, Rudram, and many chanting programs to go deep in meditations.

YOGA has helped me stay grounded, discipline, keep a tab on my cravings, my tongue/speech,helped me grow spiritually, had only homemade food for straight 22 months and comprehend spiritual books.

Now, I am a certified yoga volunteer and instructor by YCB, Ministry of Ayush (GOI), Yoga helped me score top in my batch, in my level exam.

Time to share not just bookish knowledge but my real-life positive healthy experiences of YOGA and AYURVEDA, HELP & HEAL the beings. At least try to make the one person happiest that is YOU - yourself!.

I demonstrate postures along with benefits/contraindications and support, motivate and encourage my students to be in consistent practice.

I take online/offline group classes and personal training as per one requirement only for sincere seekers.

Hobby/interest: Listening to Music, Dance, Reading, Playing badminton and chess, Swimming, watching UPSC videos(geography/History/current affairs/case study).
