Actually at 12 grades final exam time external examiner can ask to do one painting work according to your painting works whatever you have done in the whole year,
And fibre in the fibre they will ask about the Indian artistry,Western artists and also they can ask about Indian artists, they can ask about your art, about your concept and all.

Hi Kalyani,
See some painting styles are looking like twisting broken melting and all. Actually painting how are you want you can draw you can do some styles you can follow, if you want you can do like realistic paintings still life and all. Like if you are going to see Picasso's paintings are are looking like boxes so this style called cubism. So many art styles is here actually those are looking like abstract, cubism, minimalism and so many are there like twisting works they have done and you can do also.
But for learning it's better to do realistic paintings because you should know how to do a drawing paintings colouring mixing and all after that you can do how are you want.

Hi Jainam,
Without taking classes also you can learn paintings but for that you have to do lot of practice like outdoor studies, still life drawings for portrait study,sketch study etc you have to do. And in the YouTube also some good channels also are there you can follow this for some guidance.
