My kind of teaching pattern follows in three steps: 1. Start 2. Elaborate 3. Conclude I used to start the class with an activity, like making them to involve in games, playing music, dancing. Then, I will make them to involve in the board activity. I used to maintain strict eye contact with them. Slowly, I will make them to solve minute level of puzzle activities. For example, arranging all the circles one by one, placing small object on big object, explaining about the sharp edges, curve edges of a shape etc. Making them to watch a small video and asking them to imitate the characters etc.. Making them to learn gesture symbolization like waving hands, showing index finger, clapping, pointing on a particular picture etc.. This will help them to learn the basic things of life and slowly, I will start the main concepts.

Negative Reinforcement and Negative Punishment. Shaping and Fading. I used to provide regular feedback to the child regardless to their activity. I try to involve them by asking lot of questions, trying to learn about their mindset. I used to give them a daily activity and taking their feedbacks the very next day, giving them some tips to perform the best and ease in each and every activity. Thus, making them busy with the works and making them to focus on work related activities rather than sitting idle. This in turn helps the child to involve in a real practical world and thus improvising the nature.

Focusing on Repetition, Concrete learning, Play way method, Theme-based approach are my special skills that I focus on each and every child. Once in a week, there will be a complete practical session and proper feedback is provided and planned for the next enhancement.
