Hi, I am an Indian Classical Dancer….I have never pondered over this question. So, when it was asked, I thought, let’s try and give you a picture of a dancer’s life.
As a dancer, I have a strict routine of doing Yoga, Warm up exercises, Dance practice and at times going to the gym(few days a week) to build body strength and stamina. Health is most important for a dancer and so food plays a huge role in it.
