"The institute is not at all satisfactory. The faculty do not have the right knowledge and skills required for training others. They are not able to converse in English themselves. One of the teacher did not know simple English words like - compete, juvenile. The other was using wrong pronunciation for simple words like always. After one class itself, we (me and my husband) decided to step back. But they deducted more than 40% of the total fee we had paid from the refund amount. This is totally not justified. I suggest people should ask for a trial class before joining any institute. "
