"Terrible Service, the name of the center should be changed to dullness education from shine. It's a center of thieves, goons and burglars. They may first give you a demo class for about 10 to 30 minutes if you ask for (examine the teacher coz their tutor hardly speak the language, even in one line sentence they will make many mistakes, to hide that they speak hindi) and to sure you they will make fraud promises, for example- we will make sure that before you appear for ielts exam you are prepared enough to clear it easily (the exact verbatim used by Meenakshi which fooled and forced me to pay them whatever money these goons asked for). Then after, their Ill-mannered tutor Ruhani Sanan started taking my ielts class for less than hour daily for 5 or 6 days. I was told that I would be provided with materials, when I started I figured they hardly even have system to do the listening practice, out of the time I spent there I was made to practice listening for once only(on laptop, that too I had to ask) all by myself, no tricks or tactics were given, just listen an answer, read and answer and that's it. All that we can do at home ourselves is what I was doing at their center. Whenever I arrived at the center, they just gave me there ielts book to practice for half hour and leave. Also, BEWARE, these goons after taking your money will give you a payment slip where it's mentioned, payment once made is not returnable, hence forget about getting a refund if you don't like their s. "

"I was not a good experience. I have taken IELTS classes from Mr. Gaurav Sharma. What happened was Gaurav left this institute in middle of the preparation. Somebody else start taking classes. This new person is not capable to handle IELTS classes. I am really got upset. Please don't Join this institute. "
