I am a Yoga Teacher ans i am passionate about sharing my love of Yoga and teach with an authentic and fun approach. I have been teaching yoga for over two and half year and i am dedicated to creating anurturing and safe environment for students to support inward focus and exploration of the body, mind and spirit for yogis of all levels. I began my Hatha Yoga practice in January 2016 and went to Kaivlyadham Yoga Institute & Cultural Synthesis in spring of 2016. Since completing my PGDYEd in summer 2017, I have taught at school in my home town, UP, India.I have completed 45 days Meditation and yoga mudra classes in Kaivlyadham, india. I am always try to make my classes are dynamic, energetic and fun! I love teaching both Asthanga and Hatha Yoga (traditional Yoga).
