Through my Inner Spark Guide program, I offer personalized meditation sessions as part of comprehensive mentorship. I empower clients to awaken their inner light through regular practice, fostering lives filled with love, joy, and authenticity. With over 8 years of experience in meditation instruction, I continue to share the gift of meditation, inspiring profound personal growth and healing in others.

"Met Padmalaya in a new moon meditation session being conducted by her on 18th June 2023 ( I am ever grateful to my friend, Anita, for sending the link to me and repeatedly reminding me of this). Later joined the Hoponoppo course conducted by her in July-September. Also joined the Inner Spark Guidance Course conducted by her, where she introduced uWater Glass, Journaling, EFT, Inner child healing, Ancestral healing, White light healing. The Soul Healing conducted by her for each participant helped us to understand the past karmas and the purpose of the soul. When I first met her, I was into worries, emotional pain, feeling helpless and unable to find a way forward. I was stuck in almost everything. My life has not been the same since I came in contact with her. Today, every moment is acceptance and healing. Each aspect of my life has started moving slowly and steadily. Have handled difficult personal situations with assertiveness and emotional balance, of course Hoponoppo prayer and Journaling have been to my aid. I am surprised and equally mused the way my behaviour has changed in similar situations. I care for myself, love myself and understand myself every day. My connection with the world around - family, office has improved and deepened. "
