➢ My yoga journey was set in motion 7 years ago as an addition to my existing workout
routine. Over the past 5 years, my interest in yoga has steadily grown, and it is now a
constant practice.
➢ Got inspired to teach yoga to get out of the humdrum of office life. Sitting at a desk
all day is not what I was born to do. I love to be upside down whether it is on my
hands, arms or head…
