"Gaurav is undoubtedly a multifaceted personality, endowed and gifted with various skills and competencies besides having a rich experience and exposure having even more appetite for learning new things. It’s rare to come across people who are so well-read and thorough with their knowledge. I got fortunate to meet him while I was looking for an Expert in the field of Instructional Designing; who could design a special course for me as I wanted someone to guide me through the steps and Process of Instructional Designing. He designed a special curriculum for me solely based on my requirements: since he is a veteran in the field of training with a lot of colourful feathers in his cap, he could do it very efficiently and considerately. I'm a Trainer myself and it's really not easy to impress me merely with one's teaching style until one has some extra-ordinary skills alongside, but Mr. Nayak is someone to be looked upon. It was absolutely enriching and elevating learning experience with him. I wish him all the success and happiness in life. "
