The module of the course was well structured and was focused in enhancing each and every aspect of personality development. It included presentation skills, how to make valuable small talks when you are in a meeting, how to be more effective and affluent in a group discussion, how to be a keen listener etc. All the modules were taught in a fun and interactive way. 1. Have speaking activities in the class
2. Provide instant feedback whenever they make a mistake
3. Provide them with vocabulary words every day
4. Make sure they do the writing work at home and not in the class if your classes are of 1 hour duration
5. Use some famous English songs in the classroom and fill in the blank sheets to improve their listening skills
