3. Dinning rules and norms prevalent worldwide.
4. Food and beverage and their accompaniments
5. Knowledge and utilization of table crockery, cutlery, glassware and other items like table cloth, cruet, food mat, vase etc.
6. Rules to use the above.
7. Other items near the dinning area.
8. People helping us while dinning like waiters, chefs, bus boys, hostess and managers.
There will be assessments and collective live dinning experience incorporated in the course.

5. Sharing feedback and giving compliments.
6. Settling and understanding courtesies of settling bills.
7. Sharing the experiences.
Repeat sessions in the practical demo classes.
To ensure the practice keeps happening and doubts being clarified. This will also boost them up and enable them to match the theory with the live environment.
Care is taken to keep the batch small to ensure full attention to all the participants. A thorough communication and feedback sharing session with parents and other family members. A separate window is incorporated for a session with parents once every week. Its going to be a two hours session per class and the frequency can be finalised as per the generated inquiries. Most probably it will be two / three classes in a week.
