When students enter into grade XI, they are soon welcomed by topics like mole concept, quantum chemistry, hybridisation, Schrodinger's equation, different reasoning questions to the long list of questions, graphs, numerical and what not!!! which many a times becomes difficult for them to understand this quickly and they may lose interest in the subject chemistry, but to be honest opposite is true. Chemistry is a subject of concepts, it's a subject to understand the reasons behind it and thus then it is the easiest one of all. I believe in a fun based learning approach, where a student learns to understand the core concept and can frame answers by, they themselves, thus they become ready for any/ all types of questions. I believe that grade XI is the time to pay special attention to building right understanding towards it, so that right foundations can be put.

I have good experience to make the students learn the concepts behind those scary looking organic reactions, or those deadly looking numerical of physical chemistry. In my class, student don't mug-up the answers, instead they understand the logic behind it and become able to explain the reasons behind it. I have a rich experience with kind of questions asked from NCERT books, the paper making style, the HOTS questions, tips to solve assertion reasoning type questions, even the kind of questions which could be asked in VIVAs of practical. With me, learning chemistry is going to be fun, if the efforts are sincere from the student.
