I am Archana Gaikwad (Bhairavkar) working as a Professional legal practitioner. I have 5 years of experience in litigation. I have completed Master of Law (L.L.M) from Pune university with First Class after completing my L.L.B. I have completed Diploma In Intellectual Property Righ(DIPR) from Pune University. I have completed Diploma course in Medical Jurisprudence and Forensic science(DMJFS) from Indian law society’s law college with “A”Grade. .I have experience in all phases of litigation. I was A member of Pune Advocate Bar Association(P.B.A) during 2019-2020.I am an individual practitioner and legal advisor for various commercial companies,banks and NGOs for assisting cases related to Civil,Labour,Consumer law and Criminal Law. I am also dealing with IPR and recovery cases. I working as a visiting professor in various institution.my practical experience would beneficial for student to understand core of the subject.
