Dear Nitin ,
To clear TEF exam one should have prior knowledge of French .
If you are Beginner in that case it may take atleast 1 year of preparation to clear this exam .
As such no Institute in DELHI NCR provide TEF or TCF Exam preparation . If you find any they for sure, follow DELF curriculum.
