Answer You can't compare the brands that which one is the best. Both have there own unique tone. It's totally depends on one's taste of musicality. Some people like Martin's guitar most and some like Taylor's. In general if you're recording something and have to record in specific tone then you need that particular guitar or brand only. You can't get Taylor's tone on Martin and vice versa. It's all about individual choice.
