Depending on your music test.If you want to play western music then go for guitar or if you want to play Indian classical then go for Veena.

If you are into indian classical music go for veena. If you're into western music - rocknroll jazz blues etc., Go for Guitar

The answer is subjective and is based on your likes and dislikes. Both instruments cannot be compared to each other because they're played with different styles and based on different genres.

Veena is our Indian Instrument and Guitar Outer. But both Instruments have theire own beautiful sounds. so in my opinian both Instruments are good.

I would not call any of them as better than the other. They can both find use and it is completely up to you which one you want to learn.

What should a 39 year age Bachelor do under such condition. I am also a patient of Epilepsy(but its very negligible). But, then I have to stay in some restrictions and restrict me to some desires, due. Now I found myself that I would feel very easy & settled in music, Guitar.
Hi Vikash, Guitar is a good choice. I do have a couple of students with epilepsy however this doesn't effect the guitar playing. Find a teacher and get started. All the best :)

Does semi acoustic and acoustic sound similar ?

Will semi acoustic sound same as acoustic even without amplifier?
They certainly don't. Semi acoustic have an electric amplifier built. However, they sound completely different even without amplifier cause of the shape, size.
