For fluent English, Start Speaking with your friends.
1. Try asking and answering simple questions.
2. Have a mentor who can graciously help you in spoken English. Discuss a lot in English with the Mentor.
3. Reading an English Newspaper will help you greatly in learning good vocabulary.
4. A dictionary should always be beside you or with ready reference.
