Focus on the quality of teaching not earning, after sometime you will self realize how much you need as a payment..so just focus on Quality of teaching ..do not mind it please.

How can I speak English fluently?

It is very easy to speak fluent english..just watch english news channel (any english news channel) and english movies with subtitle in early stage later without subtitle..and last read english newspaper ..words you do not understand ,,write on paper and at the same time check in dictionary....by practice... ...more
