"I owe my success to Dr Surendra IAS Academy, which under the leadership of Dr Surendra Sir, had guided and supported me throughout the last 3 years. When I had decided to prepare for Civil Services Examination, I was looking for suitable coaching institute for General Studies and Political Science. I visited Rajinder Nagar and Mukherjee Nagar for the same but didn't like the atmosphere at most of the institutes there. So I started with self-studies. A few days later, I came to know about Dr Surendra IAS Academy through my a friend and attended Dr Surendra Sir’s workshop. By the time I came back home, I was dear that I would be joining this institute. Later on, I talked to Dr Surendra Sir regarding the problems I was facing with my other optional i.e. Chemistry. Though he helped me out with that, he also advised me to consider Philosophy as optional. I went through the syllabus and previous year papers and discussed again with Dr Surendra Sir. Finally, I decided to switch from Chemistry to Philosophy. Today, when I look back, I would say it was a very fortunate decision to take Philosophy as my only optional, and not going with either of the optional I had decided before. Dr Surendra'S IAS is not just any other coaching institute where students study in huge groups and that too in those stipulated class timings. At Dr Surendra’s IAS, I could approach Dr Surendra Sir with any of my problems, both in person and through phone calls. "

"Any success, seldom, comes as a sole work. It is mostly the outcome of teamwork. So, is my success. It is a product of combined hard work of me and my teachers at Dr Surendra's IAS, nevertheless, the guidance and strategy were solely theirs. Joining Dr Surendra's IAS was the best step; I took towards my dream of becoming a civil servant. Before joining it, while doing self-study, I was so lost most of the times, informing the strategy, but after coming here, I was never bothered about my study plans because my teachers did that work for me. They so much streamlined my preparation. The constitution and Philosophy classes by Dr Surendra sir are extremely insightful, crisp, and totally relevant to what one needs to know. Dr Surendra Sir, while teaching Geography, makes one visualize the whole world in front of eyes and makes it learning so easy and interesting. The whole atmosphere of Dr Surendra's IAS makes one feel like at home. They act as teachers, mentors, guide and friends. One can discuss all his/her doubts with teachers anytime. They try to remove all one's doubts, fears and apprehensions to the best of their ability. Having said that, the material given in institute, being unconventional, is immensely helpful. The testing sessions are regular and extensive and evaluated with great attention. I didn't think such amount of personal attention and guidance is possible anywhere else. I think joining Dr Surendra's IAS was one of the best decisions, I made in my life. "
