I find students of class IX and X in mess, usually not understanding the topic because of weak basics so I try to first find out the exact requirement of the student and then work on each student separately. I work on strengthening the basics and thereafter work on the topic which was earlier not comprehensible to the student. I also take care of the required dose of 'motivatation' to be given to each student so that they become confident enough to take care and manage ever higher levels of questions in the tests or exams. This is something which motivates me for giving my share towards creating a better future and a better India.

CS Foundation is not really difficult to clear. I would suggest you to to do self studies and take onlinr classes for all the chapters or topics which you find difficult. This way you will save time, money and energy.

I believe that Spoken English can greatly be improved by reading the newspaper or any English book loudly. We we read loudly, we hear what exactly we are reading and unknowingly we start working on pronounciation and tone which eventually helps one to improve his/her spoken English.
