You hesitate to talk in English at your home. One reason could be your family members does not speak in English. As you said you are comfortable talking to your friends in English, I suggest making the best use of technology. Connect with your friends online on video chat, read English newspapers (For Grammer) listen to English songs and try and grasp as many as words you can. Fluency in spoken English comes with the time(if not native English speaker).
