Overview

I am a Yoga and Vedanta Philosophy teacher. I have been practicing yoga for 5 years now. I taught yoga in Studio Yogashayan, Gurgaon for almost 2 years. After that I completed my 200 hours Teacher Training Course from Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Dhanwantri Ashram, Kerela. And I sharpened my skills for another 6 months over there in Ashram. Also I am the owner of a yoga studio named as Yoga Vibes which located at Vasundhara, Ghaziabad.
I did my specialization in Hatha Yoga of Sivananda Style and also teach guided meditation and Vedanta Philosophy.
