I am a training head with a premium fragrance / perfume brand in Dubai.
I have overall experience of more than 14 years and have worked for call centers with a British company and have acquired excellent english communication skills.
My career started as customer care executive and got many promotions , all thanks to english language skills that I acquired out of my passion for learning and speaking english fluently.
But this did not come easy, as I passed from an urdu medium school and communicating in english was a huge challenge, failure in many interviews due to poor english communication skills pushed me to take english communication as a serious matter.
But there are ways and techniques which I used to master the language and cracked the call center interviews and made a bright career in BPO industry. I grew from ranks to ranks in BPO industry.
Then moved to Dubai in 2014 and worked for a fashion brand and currently head training for 5 counties.
