"My personal trainer is continuously pushing me to achieve more than I think I'm capable of. Mind you, not beyond what I am capable of, but beyond what I believe I am capable of.That is exactly what my trainer did. He goes by Keval. When he set up my weights, I was shocked to find that they were heavier than what I was used to performing on my own. But he assured me that he believed I was capable of lifting them, and after carefully monitoring my form to prevent damage, I succeeded. If he hadn't shown the way, I never would have lifted so much weight. "
