It is better to talk in Hindi or English because the candidate who wants to learn russian language may not know that language.....

Students contact you for learning Russian. Unless they learn, they cannot understand your intro even. For advanced students,of course, it is ok. So it is a good idea toupload intro in English for major time and a short intro in Russian, to attract students and showcase your command on the language.

It is better to communicate in English or Hindi so that people can understand what you want to convey apart from that, you can share some learning tips in Russian to English language , so that students get benefit from it and get to know about your subject knowledge.

In my view 'As a language we speak as a personality we are' We Indians are already using 30% of English words in our mother tongue whether it is Hindi, Marathi, Punjabi, Gujarati etc. If this 30% vocabularies are taken from us we can hardly speak our own language completely. If we are already using 30% of English language in our daily life then there is no harm to use it 100% completely. We have changed and developed our dressing, our architecture, our life style then why not language?
I appreciate the views of Vikram. Using 100% English for English Medium students is good, but we have to be flexible for others. Mothertongue cannot be ignored.
