My academic background includes a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in HR & IT from Indian Institute of Information Technology, Allahabad, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Computer Application from Maharshi Dayanand University.
My experience includes working as a Management Trainee in HR at Gemini Solutions, where I gained experience in recruitment and selection, onboarding, retention, rewards and recognition, and separation. I have also worked as a Social Media Intern at Twist & Tours, where I focused on spreading awareness about the company over various social media platforms.
In addition to my professional experience, I have completed certifications in MS Excel (Basic to Expert) and I also hold a certificate in Personality Development and Skill Set from Freedom Employability Academy.
My skills include the specialization in Excel and PowerPoint and have good leadership and communication abilities. I have shown throughout my academic and professional career that I am also a great team player and time manager. Additionally, I have experience conducting interviews, which has aided me in honing my interpersonal and effective communication abilities.
My achievements include being a Gold Medalist in Graduation, securing 10th position in 1000% Return- National Level Equity Research competition, and securing first position at an inter-state research paper and presentation on the topic of impact of skill development program on employment among the youth of India. I also won the prize for the best individual performance at FEA.
