I am a english spoken teacher. I take online and offline session for 3 years, I have completed my B.com.I have been working as a volunteer and as mooc culb mentor at freedom employability academy for 3 years . Oh, that sounds like a fun role-play! As an English spoken teacher, here are some of my teaching skills:

1. Engaging Lesson Plans: I believe in creating interactive and dynamic lesson plans that keep students actively involved in their learning. This includes incorporating multimedia, real-life examples, and interactive activities.

2. Clear Communication: Effective communication is key in teaching. I ensure that I explain concepts clearly, use simple language, and encourage students to ask questions to enhance their understanding.

3. Individualized Approach: Every student is unique, so I tailor my teaching methods to meet their specific needs. I assess their strengths and weaknesses and adapt my lessons accordingly to ensure their progress.

4. Encouraging Participation: I create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel comfortable expressing themselves. I encourage active participation through discussions, group activities, and presentations.

5. Providing Constructive Feedback: I believe in providing timely and constructive feedback to help students improve. I focus on highlighting their strengths and areas for growth, offering specific suggestions for improvement.
