I, N.Shabnam Niher a passionate, enthusiastic, well-educated, and highly certified English instructor who has been serving for more than ten years as an assistant professor at PSNA College of Engineering and Technology in Dindigul. In a bid to keep my interest in teaching languages, I'm seeking a teaching post at your institution. Furthermore, I am almost done with my doctoral studies in English literature at Mother Teresa Women's University in Kodaikanal. Most likely, the thesis will be submitted in this academic year. As a result of my extensive teaching experience, I have come to the profound conclusion that language teaching is not only a challenge, but also endeavor to overcome obstacles by researching cutting-edge pedagogies for upskilling the challenge. I've conducted a lot of studies based on the Psycholinguistics and Neurolinguistics processes involved in creating a language and have a clear grasp of both fields.
