Overview

Before coming to this profession I didn't like it at all. But because of unemployment I joined this profession about 19 years ago. Because of my teaching and convincing skill, the students liked me and my teaching methods. In addition, my cheerful and friendly nature, students liked me teach them. It pleased me a lot and then I got more excitement, enthusiasm, curiosity of self-learning then teaching. I acquired a lot of knowledge through teaching. I gained different kinds of experience while teaching in different countries from different level of students.
Now, I love this profession. Self- learning is my hunger and teaching is my passion. I don't believe in teaching only theoretical part. Practice must go along with theory then one can get success. I teach my students in a complete practical method. They learn from different kinds of situation, time and places. Students can learn English with me as from an American or native speaker of English through phonetics. I can transform the students from Indian accent (Indian English) to American accent (American English) Practically. I give them the knowledge (theory ) with a lot of practice. If you're going abroad or want to work as an English teacher or want to work in BPOs, MNCs, KPOs, or develop your English Speaking Skill with a complete English sounds and symbols then I'm your best choice for learning. I teach English Language, phonetics, public speaking, grammar, conversation, voice and accent, Reading and Writing well. Besides, I can teach Mathematics and all the subject up grade VIII.
I can make you speak English completely like an American or native speaker of English in 3-6 months if your English level is pre-intermediate or intermediate or advanced level. Speak English Confidently like an AMERICAN.

Dear student, you always need to understand that fluency doesn't mean to speak quickly finishing a sentence in a breath. A gap between two or three words shouldn't be long or irregular while speaking. Suppose, if you take one or two seconds gap between two/ three words, you shouldn't take more than 3 seconds in another time. If you take more than 3 seconds sometimes or 5 seconds other times then it won't be a fluency. Or, if you start thinking longer while speaking, it won't be fluency. There must be regular or equal amount of gap between two or three words while speaking. Now, let me give you the answer of your question. Always keep in your mind the saying in your mind, "Practice makes a man perfect". (i) Only practice in any thing can lead you to success. (ii) Always, look someone for practice speaking in English but you need to give attention to another aspect, too, that is 'grammar'. (iii) Learn and get grammatical knowledge then practice speaking. (iv) A good teacher can help you a lot by correcting your grammatical mistakes. (v) He/She can upgrade, refine and polish your English Speaking Skill. To speak good English with fluency, you require good vocabulary power, grammatical knowledge, (and phonetics, stress, intonation. Many teacher can't teach phonetics and stress practically. Phonetics and stress will help you speak like native speaker of English; American or British, in their similar tone not like Indians ) then you to make practice.

After the transaction is completed, you can start the class. Yeah, one or two demo classes should be given before payment so that the students should not change their mind or make any complaints or blame.

Ishnath Jee! Starting a coaching centre or business isn't an tought job but how much you've prepared yourself to face and cross the hurdles after opening is a really great job. Starting English speaking course with phonetics is a very good thinking but what kind of phonetics you use in teaching is also another matter that may attract or distract the students. In my six-year long teaching experience in India, I could not use the proper use of phonetics because many university lecturers and professors don't practically know the usage, importance and teaching of phonetics. They don't know the actual meaning of stress in linguistics. How the sound of a particular symbol of the letter changes when it is stressed, they don't know practically. Many people have told me that this kind of sounds and symbols are useful only for those who work in BPOs or call centres. I can't understand why people think speaking like an American or British is not necessary. English isn't our language then how can we change it or use according to our ease? What I think in your case is you need to make the students understand how and why English speaking phonetically is important. Then, you'll get more students and move towards progress other wise the students will think that it; a waste of time and money. Some other things are how you motivate the students in learning, where the students go away for learning from your village, possible number of students who may be interested for the course, etc. also very important before starting.
