I am a Delhi based artist and writer. I have pursued fine art under the tutelage of artist Shobha Broota and have a Diploma in Photography from Triveni Kala Sangam, New Delhi. I have been involved in research, planning and execution of gallery exhibitions and external projects, including shows like Modern Memory, Identity & Personal Archives at The Birla Academy of Arts, Kolkata; a curatorial show at 24 Jor Bagh, New Delhi; and other exhibitions at the Bikaner House, New Delhi. I have been archiving and writing about the practice of artist G. R. Iranna and have recently been involved in drafting the newsletter content for Asia Art Archive’s upcoming Delhi office. Additionally, I have been writing catalogues and art content for selected artists and practitioners. Prior to joining the arts, I was working in the fields of international development and policy research with multinational organizations and think tanks around the world including The World Bank in Washington DC and The International Labor Organization in Geneva. Aside from my professional engagements, I have been providing college admission counselling, assistance in college applications and essays and coaching classes for TOEFL, GMAT and GRE. I have extensive experience in creative and professional writing, editing, proofreading, research and college admissions and essays.
