I started teaching when i was in my college doing final year Graduation.since then it has been almost 10 years now. Teaching is my hobby but iam a designated communication & personality development trainer with a canadian company. The best part in teaching is that i have children who have not got the right standard of english education as result they are hesitant to speak so after attending my sessions they sound more confident. My style of teaching is i start from a scratch no matter if the student is well versed with the subject but when the candidate is in my session i make it sure his basics are strong like foundation of a pillar.My strengths are my students who make me feel the importance of my presence in their career. I love to teach them the basic language of english because if they are not perfect in their basic grammer then pronunciation cannot be perfect. I had wonderful experience with various age groups as i was able to understand their difficulties where they lack & provided the correct resolutions also many of them lack in opportunities due to which they are not groomed in communication. I use the Power point presentation as a tool with images & flowcharts to impart perfect knowledge.

"Sujata Madam is teaching my ward since UKG. My child is in 3rd Std and she is still with us. I really appreciate the way she make my child teach yet focusing on the basics which is required. Take it any subject and she can make anyone understand the concept. In addition to that she has a good spoken skills and I really like the way she interacts with my child. Because of her good spoken English, my child is also getting benefit of that and has started using the language on day to day conversation. "Beware parents before you hire her for your children. Had a horrendous experience with her. Very bad attitude and language she uses while communicating with parents, always offensive of everything/(you can't really share feedback, she would take none and starts telling you your child's weakness instead). Only interested in money no sincerity in teaching. Initially she will be good (mind it only for 15-20 days, to gain your trust) but with time, her devotion towards your child will only be limited , always on whatsapp chatting or calls during the classes (even if the child is wrong and making mistakes, she is hardly bothered and killing time). And will never attend your call but prefer only whatsapping with parents if you want to discuss anything ,so that she can dominate the conversation. You will regret hiring her if you are a parent of a small child, who needs flexibility. Takes back to back classes, so she doesn't really has time and start counting your time the moment she reaches your door and if the door is not opened within 5 mins she'll will run away and stop even answering your calls and talks only on texts while she is teaching other students. She is definitely not worth of what she charges. So Beware. I literally had to stop the classes with her because of her daily routine tantrums and had to loose a bomb of money. "

Thanks for your valuable review Mrs Suruchi Gaur in response to your review, I understand you have 3 complains. 1. I don't answer phone. Ans. I take multiple classes every day and hence am not available to take calls. I dislike interruptions in my classes which proves wrong the comment that I am on the phone all the time during class. 2. I don't wait at the door for more than 5 mins. Ans. 5 mins at your door is decent amount of time for me to conclude that no one is home. 5 mins is 300 seconds and atleast 10 bells at your door. I don't believe that is a valid complaint. 3. I don't show flexibility in class timing. Ans. Class is scheduled for a fixed time at the start as I have to dedicate a specific time slot for each student. Of course 15-30 mins of reschedule at times is doable or a backup class on another day can be provided but to a maximum of 3 classes. Unfortunately with your ward half of the month's classes were provided on backup. Unfortunately we will not be able to provide your ward further backup classes. We take pleasure in our work and pride in our punctuality. We cannot allow one client's satisfaction hamper all our student's schedule. For further discussion please contact us. Regards Sujata.

Grammar is the foundation of sentence construction, so your grammar has to be perfect work on grammar first then on vocabs. You can use simple vocabs, but you must have the right bank of vocabs to maintain fluency. Also, practice more reading books or newspaper. Try to construct stories on any situation. Also, practice speaking in front of the mirror considering mirror as your friend for conversation talk to the mirror it may sound funny but do it regularly using vocabs.
