Kathak is an Indian Classical dance form. To learn kathak seriously, you need at least 30 min to 1-hour practice every day at a basic level. It would help if you practised all the hastaak movements footwork tatkaar regularly. After 3 or 4 years of practice, a dancer should give importance to the Vinaya as well as. Need to focus on the techniques of chakkar also.
