I hold a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Edinburgh Napier University and a Diploma in International Hospitality Administration from the International Institute of Hotel Management. I have over 3 years of experience working in customer service roles at Indigo Airlines where I provided excellent service, communicated effectively with customers, and conducted training sessions. I also completed an industrial traineeship at the Pullman & Novotel Hotel where I gained experience in front office operations and food and beverage services.
In my current role as a Communication Coach at Speak & Present Academy, I facilitate online communication programs and provides guidance in public speaking, English fluency, personality development, and video creation. I am passionate about empowering learners for personal growth.
