Arjun Nanda Kumar

My name is Arjun Nanda Kumar. with over 4 years of experience, I'm an ex-hotelier by profession but I have swum in lots of different seas. Let me tell you more about the things I do!

I'm the co-founder of Common Collar. We provide Soft Skills training to companies and individuals and also running one of the biggest soft skills communities in Delhi with over 250+ Members.

I teach, preach and practice mental health and help companies in building an environment focusing on employee's mental well-being. We have amazing tools and fun workshops that can help any company to optimize their mental health needs of employees!

I also worked as a Brand Manager in MEU cosmetics helping them build a brand for the new generation of customers with inclusiveness! And now I'm the Co-founder of the same company.

I also worked as a English Language Coach in Heights Institute, Nangloi where I have created various courses, conducted numerous workshops and actively training students.
