By trying to not just speak in English, but even think in English. Whatever thoughts come to your mind, try converting them to English. If you want to check yourself, then write down the sentence too so that you can get it checked by someone else as well. This way, you can learn new vocabulary as well by replacing the words you wrote with alternative vocabulary.
