Each teacher has a different teaching style, but my style is application based, I like to relate concepts with its practical aspects so that the students can understand & relate easily. An effective communicator with excellent relationship building, high level of energy and motivation, strong analytical attitude, strong adaptability to the new environment, well developed interpersonal skills, systematic and process oriented approach towards assignments.

First of all it is not at all necessary that you should be young to learn --how to be fluent in English, age is not a bar. You have zeal to learn only then you will be able to speak fluently. No matter where you are, if you are motivated no one can stop you to learn to become a fluent speaker. First of all find a good teacher who can teach the basic knowledge of English or else follow the material available online then start practising by speaking and writing in English. Make a habit of reading and writing articles/paragraphs and check it online to correct your mistakes. Listen and watch more and more English channels, try to speak as much as you can in English. Add atleast 10-15 words in your vocabulary everyday which will help you a lot in speaking. Last but not the least focus on learning don't bother about the duration, be confident and clear in your speech.
